The agreement between you and Polaris Ventures when you use this website or buy any programme, consultation, or digital product from Dr. Nan Jun.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Client") and Polaris Ventures (SSM Reg. No. 202603115271), a business registered in Malaysia and operating from Selangor ("we", "us", "Polaris Ventures").
"Dr. Nan Jun" refers to the medical doctor leading the work delivered through Polaris Ventures. The website hub.drnanjun.com and the project sites drnanjun.com, go.drnanjun.com and hedgehog.drnanjun.com are operated by Polaris Ventures.
By using this website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a programme, or purchasing a digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The exact deliverables for each engagement are described on the relevant project page or sales page at the time of purchase. Where there is a conflict between marketing copy and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking, intake, or consultation is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement where, in our clinical or professional judgement, the work is not appropriate for you.
Prices, inclusions, and timelines for each programme, consultation, or product are stated on the relevant project page at the point of purchase. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (including, where applicable, senangPay). By completing a payment, you agree to the relevant payment provider's terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store full card or bank details.
Your booking is confirmed only when full payment (or the agreed first instalment) is received and we have sent you a written confirmation.
Consultations are educational and clinical advisory in nature. They are not a substitute for an in-person physical examination, emergency care, or your existing medical follow-up. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you consult your usual treating doctor.

Programmes (including The Metabolic Reset, the Beyond the Diagnosis nutrition pathway, and Practice by Choice mentoring) are delivered over a defined period. Schedules, missed sessions, and reschedule policies are set out in your programme welcome pack.
Outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific clinical, financial, or business outcomes. We commit to delivering the agreed scope of work, professional clinical judgement (where relevant), and honest feedback.
Digital products (guides, recordings, templates) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them in whole or in substantial part without prior written permission.
Information provided through this website, programmes, consultations, and digital products is for general educational and personal advisory purposes. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it as part of your engagement with us. All other rights are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Polaris Ventures' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that specific engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or end an engagement immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or if continuing the engagement would, in our reasonable view, place either party at risk. Refunds in such circumstances are governed by our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
