A Malaysian medical doctor building three projects around one belief: medicine works better when people get their choice back.
I'm Dr. Nan Jun — a Malaysian medical doctor based in Selangor. I trained in clinical medicine and spent enough time on the inside to notice the same gap, in different forms, across the system: people get a diagnosis, a printout, a prescription — and then they're sent home to figure out the rest.
The "rest" is where their life actually changes. And it's the part medicine has historically done the worst job of supporting.
So I started building outside the consultation room. Each project is a different attempt to close the same gap — for patients, for the screening pathway, and for the doctors I trained with.
"Medicine works better when the person sitting across from the doctor leaves with their choice back."
That's the through-line. Whether it's a high performer trying to fix a metabolic problem, a patient who just received an eye-disease diagnosis, or a doctor wondering if practising medicine is still a real choice — the answer is the same. Build a path. Walk it with them. Hand back the steering wheel.
A doctor-led health transformation for high performers whose body has become the bottleneck.
A clinical nutrition pathway built into eye screening — early detection meets real next steps.
Mentoring physicians to build a parallel income, so practising medicine stays a real choice.
Programmes, products, and consultations across the three projects are operated by Polaris Ventures (SSM Reg. No. 202603115271), a Malaysian-registered business based in Selangor. All payments, refunds, and contractual obligations sit under that entity.
