Once a digital product (guide, recording, template) has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are not available, since the product cannot be "returned". If you believe the product was materially mis-described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review the case in good faith.
If we cancel a session, programme, or engagement for reasons on our side (illness, personal emergencies, technical failure that cannot be remediated), you'll receive a full refund of the unused portion or, at your choice, a credit against another engagement.
